Shipping policy

At Moolokai Apperal, we value each and every single customer. As customer satisfaction is always our top priority, we offer various shipping options to suit our customer.


  • Moolokai Apperal may have to verify payment and order details before processing your order.
  • Before payment authorization and verification, orders cannot be cancel or changed. We will process immediately once verified. Moolokai Apperal will also do the best to support you.


Before products are shipped, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the quality of our product. These Quality Controls can take as much as 1 - 3 business days. However, it can be affected by the item's stock status. Popular items can experience processing delay of any where from 5 - 10 business days.

While we try our best to ship all orders on the next regular business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), orders may take slightly longer to process when there is a site-wide sale or promotion.  We ship to all provinces and territories. 

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. 

All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control.
